Ingredients:
Enjoy Life Dark 100% real chocolate morsels
Kirkland Super Extra-Large Peanuts
Directions:
Grind peanuts in a food processor until peanut butter is made. Transfer peanut butter to a jar.
Melt chocolate in a double broiler. If you don’t have one, put water in a pot and place a glass dish over the pot. Boil the water and place chocolate in the glass dish on top of the pot. The chocolate will melt inside the glass dish without contacting the water. This is a makeshift double boiler. Using a spoon, carefully scoop out melted chocolate and place in lollipop mold to about 1/2 full. Next place in freezer for at least 5 minutes to set. Remove the lollipop molds from the freezer and put some of the homemade peanut butter on top of the chocolate. Cover the peanut butter with more chocolate to fill the mold. Stick lollipop molds back in the freezer until they set.
