Green Salsa

Materials:
Cuisinart Elemental 13-cup Food Processor*
Cutting board
Vegetable knife

*Other food processors may be used 

Ingredients:
1 large green tomato (tomatillo)
3-5 ribs of celery
1/2 lime (juice from)
1 T dried cilantro (or more if desired)
1/3 onion (yellow or white)
1-2 T organic extra virgin olive oil
Dash of sea salt (or more if desired)

Directions:
Cut tomatillo, celery, and onion into small enough pieces and add it to the 4.5 cup working (inner) bowl in Cuisinart Elemental 13-cup Food Processor.  Squeeze the lime juice into the same bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Pulse all the ingredients several times and then blend on low until desired consistency. Enjoy! Store in refrigerator and consume within 3-5 days.
