IMG_0093Making the decision to eat healthy does not mean you must deprive yourself of delicious treats. Try making your own desserts substituting sugar, flour, and/or dairy (eggs, butter) with more plant friendly ingredients. On the top left is Beet, Oat, Walnut, and Unsweetened Applesauce bread. Beets are naturally sweet and are rich in antioxidants.
